BizPrint has reinforced its position as a leader in commercial printing by becoming the first printer in Papua New Guinea to install an EcooGraphix Computer-to-Plate (CTP) system.

The new EcooGraphix T400 CTP, supplied and installed by G2 Systems, replaces obsolete equipment and restores full in-house plate production. Seamlessly integrated with BizPrint’s existing Xitron RIP, the upgrade was completed quickly and without major disruption to workflow.

BizPrint Executive General Manager, Bryan Wareing, said the system delivered immediate operational benefits.

“We were back producing plates within two days. Reusing our existing RIP system made this a very practical and cost-effective solution, while delivering a significant uplift in capability.”
