Account Manager

 

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team in Port Moresby.

The Account Manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting the full suite of BizPrint solutions. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of existing clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities. The Account Manager ensures client satisfaction, identifies upselling opportunities, and contributes to the strategic objectives of the Sales department under the direction of the Sales Manager.

Roles and responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely responses and resolution of any issues.
  • Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and client meetings to assess satisfaction, needs, and future opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall department goals.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Prospect and develop new business leads to expand the customer base.
  • Maintain a pipeline of opportunities and follow up consistently to close sales.
  • Maintain accurate records of account activities, sales forecasts, and client communications using CRM tools.
  • Provide regular performance reports to the Sales Manager
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client orders.
  • Share client feedback and insights with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and product offerings.

 

Key requirements, qualifications and skills for the role:

  • Certificate or Diploma in Business Sales & Marketing, Business/Commerce.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, business development, or B2B sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in print, advertising, or media sales (preferred)
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Have a clean record from past employment.
  • Be mobile and flexible to cater for business needs.
  • Must have a current valid PNG Driver’s License
